YOUR MONTHLY METAPHYSICAL FORECAST BY ANDREW KUTCHERA

In the coming month, you are likely to feel challenges around your disciplined schedules and day-to-day stability. Life circumstances that you thought were concrete, now need some juggling. Although disruption can be problematic or even traumatic, try to embrace events as best you can. You will have opportunities to rework your responses and step into a more easygoing emotional state. With this inner work, you can put aside reactivity and have greater flow. Consider the pragmatic challenges as avenues to personally grow in ways that others don’t see immediately, but will recognize moving forward. You’ll feel great too.

When events force change, it’s normal to feel a sense of loss. It will be important, however, to not get swallowed whole by any sadness. Feel what needs to be felt. Yet, remind yourself that moving your body will help, letting your blood flow and sloughing off some of your sorrow. Furthermore, consider that physical exercise will create a space of greater clarity for what is worthwhile and working within your world. The universe is wanting to bring gifts, so structures and agendas must shift. Welcome naturally-occuring openings.

In doing your own internal work, you will have wonderful surprises when the universe meets you halfway. Instead of inserting yourself into problematic dynamics, let things magically resolve themselves. You’ll realize that you don’t need to jump into the middle of a problem. Patience is underrated – it’s quiet and mighty.

When others present hairballs of information, let their words wash over you. Remain still, so you can hold space for their frustration, rather than assist in the details. Recognize that calm can be your superpower, if you choose it.

Treat yourself with the same gentle attitude. Make to-do lists, without micromanaging the steps. Some items may slip away, while others may escalate. Masterplans may not make sense for the foreseeable future. Release obsessive ambition, and stay in the moment. Feel the energetic flow of your body to find the path forward. 

Finally, you will likely discover resources or contacts that you previously overlooked. Embrace what you neglected. Rejoice in your new, expansive perspective. 

Here are some questions to ask yourself: where am I feeling off-kilter? Can I welcome changes as opportunities instead of problems? How can I witness my emotional reactions, without getting sucked into a whirlwind? Can I breathe deeply as difficult events unfold, recognizing that greater ease is possible? With whom am I having intense conversations? Can I simply witness their frustrations and also side-step any impulses to solve their issues? Am I able to view my lifepath differently, so I maintain composure every day? Can I welcome soft support from the universe and smile with the surprises? Can I prioritize patience with myself and give my ego a rest, therefore letting my goals occur in divine timing? Wishing you a wonderful month.
