June Redefines the Meaning of Home

In the coming month, you are likely to feel competing emotions around your home. On the one hand you may feel a surprising need to nest, even if you were at your WFH breaking point long ago. Simultaneously, you’ll want to get out-and-about, where you could feel anxiety. Conversing with several people – at the same time! – could feel awkward. Welcome the contrasting choices you have as an opportunity to learn about your emerging self.

Note that our minds will be overdrive, fed by strains of optimism and worry. We might feel an urge to plan events and strategize about new futures. Consider slowing down, listening to your body’s wisdom. Breathe deeply, especially when presented with exciting plans. Beware of overpromising. Try saying NO more often, making sure your own needs are met. Or simply delay a decision. Sometimes – if you wait – the solution will find you! There is no reason to bounce around in agitated schedules.

We live in a society that values cranial accomplishments, yet overthinking isn’t going to work this month. Mental fog or racing thoughts could come on strong. Dwell in the realization that you only have reign over yourself. So, let the world turn and go about our day. Sometimes history needs to play itself out, even if we convince ourselves that we play a starring role. Acknowledge that you are developing your faith. 

It will be important to work on your reactions to small things, since big events are also likely. We may receive rattling news – particularly around financial markets – as world events ricochet around catalyzing change. Make sure you are grounded in the moment, which is the health and wealth you seek. Worry less and channel your visions toward hopeful thoughts. Once again, do not deny global changes, but breathe into the supported breakthroughs, which are helping us evolve individually and collectively.

A few parting thoughts. Take extra care to communicate thoughtfully, rather than indulging in sloppy remarks. Note where you’ve invested time, and continue in that direction. Watch your shifting motivations and stay focused. If someone comes at you with conviction, take a time out. Find a quiet space to decide what is right for you. Conversely, beware of micromanaging the lives of others. Finally, if you find yourself caged within frantic thoughts, try using a God Box – write out your worries on a scrap of paper, and put it inside. God, however you define it, will work on your issue while you rest.

Here are some questions to ask yourself: what plans am I making for the future? Can I listen to my body to recognize what’s best for me? Where am I feeling anxiety? Can I recognize specific instabilities and decide that I could be happy with a variety of outcomes? When do I feel the most peace? Can I establish a well-paced routine where I consistently dwell in this space? Where am I feeling incredible clarity? Can I flow with this wisdom, keeping my ego in check, relying on a higher plan? Can I decide to hand over my problems to God, or a Higher Power, practicing deep faith? Can I allow benevolent and cosmic downloads into my being, which will offer solutions to what may feel impossible situations? Wishing you a wonderful month.
